The founder Miss Karen Koblan, is one of the key persons for this startup. With her multi-year experience in the restaurant industry, she will be solely responsible for handling all the business operations from the procurement of the raw material to the cooking of quality food. Miss Karen Koblan has been with the restaurant industry for more than ten years. She has worked for one of the companies at airport facilities, a hotel restaurant, a home event company, a venue event company, and planning events for her clients.
